How to use
Reservations accepted via the registration form
Please fill in the form below and enter the product you want from the online site.
Please enter the desired rental date and period and submit.
Stock confirmation email
Once we have confirmed the stock, we will send you a quote by email.
Payment
Please pay by bank transfer.
Delivery of products
After confirming your payment, we will arrange for delivery on the date you specify.

*We give priority to customers who purchase products, so products may be removed without notice depending on the inventory situation.

<About receiving and returning products>
When receiving: Delivery only
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
You will be notified of the delivery fee when your order is completed.
There are some areas where delivery is not possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us.
When returning: Delivery only
Please refer to the return collection slip included in the package to complete the collection procedure.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns directly as the product will be shipped from a warehouse dedicated to delivery.
*We are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility if the photo shoot or event cannot be held due to damage to the product.
*Please note that if the delivery is cancelled before shipment, there is no cancellation fee, but if it is cancelled after shipment, we cannot accept cancellations.
*The delivery period is included in the rental period, so please be careful when ordering and returning the item.
<About extending the period>
As a general rule, the period can only be extended if there are no subsequent reservations.
If you wish to extend the period, please contact us by phone or email before the original return date.
Extension fee: 15% of the rental fee will be charged for each night of extension.
<About cancellation>
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please call us.
Please note that if you cancel due to your own circumstances, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
On the day: 50% of the basic fee
7 days to the day before: 30% of the basic fee
Up to 8 days before: No cancellation fee
<If the item is damaged>
Please contact us immediately. Please return any damaged items.
If repair is not possible or if you are unable to return the item due to loss, etc., we will charge 100% of the sales price of the item in question in addition to the rental fee.
You may be required to purchase the item even if it is dirty, scratched, or faded.
Rental items are for display purposes only, and we do not allow you to actually use them, such as putting food on the plate or touching the linens with bare skin.
If this is discovered, you will be required to purchase the item in question.
*We are not responsible for any damage during delivery.
<In case of loss or theft>
Please contact us immediately. Please note that we will charge 100% of the sales price of the item in addition to the rental fee.

Our products are rental products, so some items may show signs of wear.
If you are concerned, please contact us in advance or check the actual item at the store before making a reservation.
We will check the condition of the rental item for scratches before shipping it.
After receiving the product, please check the product, size, and color carefully to avoid any problems.
Returns are not accepted except for initial defects.
Some products include precision instruments and glass products, so there are some matters that we would like to discuss separately when receiving and returning them.
After using the product, please pack it in the same condition as when you received it and return it.
Our store manages the inventory of web and rental products together.
Please note that the lineup may change without notice depending on the inventory situation.
If the product is damaged during delivery, we will refund the rental fee of the damaged product or arrange for a replacement product free of charge.
Please note that you may not be able to use the same product.
We cannot compensate for the cost if the shooting is affected due to damage to the product, so please rent it early in case of an emergency.
<About credit publication discount>
We will rent it out at a 10% discount on the lease fee.
